一、采集时间和要求 Time and requirements of photo collection

1、现场采集时间为3月30日（周一）下午15:30，采集地点为大学生活动中心一楼大厅。请参加现场采集的学生提前10分钟到活动中心集合。

拍摄前，需要出示采集码。请学生按照要求提前准备好采集码。学信网注册时，请用表格里的个人信息，包括姓名和护照号。

注意：采集码一定是“下载”成功的清晰图片，不允许截图、翻拍。

收费标准：15元/人，请提前将拍摄费用转给班主任。

The collection time is 15:30 p.m. on Monday, March 30. The collection location is the first floor of the Student Activity Center. Please go to the Activity Center 10 minutes in advance.

When taking the photo, you need to show the collection code. Please prepare it in advance as required. When registering on the website, please fill in your personal details in accordance with the attached form, including your name and passport number.

Tips: The collection code must be downloaded successfully. It should be clear. Screenshot and re-shoot are not allowed.

Charge standard: 15 yuan / person. Please transfer to your headteacher in advance. 

二、拍摄要求 Shooting requirements

人物姿态与表情：坐姿端正，表情自然，双眼自然睁开并平视，耳朵对称，保持左右肩膀平衡、两手自然下垂，嘴唇自然闭合。

Posture and expression: upright sitting posture, natural expression, eyes naturally open and head up, ears symmetrical, left and right shoulders balanced, lips naturally closed.

眼睛：尽量不戴眼镜，常戴眼镜者可佩戴眼镜，但不得带有色眼镜（含有色隐形眼镜），镜框不得遮挡眼睛，眼镜不能有反光。

Glasses: those who often wear glasses can wear glasses, but they should not wear colored (including contact) glasses, the frame should not cover the eyes, and the glasses should not have reflection.

佩饰及遮挡物：不得使用头部覆盖物（宗教、医疗和文化需要时，不得遮挡脸部或造成阴影）。不得佩戴耳环、项链等饰品。头发不得遮挡眉毛、眼睛和耳朵。

Ornaments and covers: do not use head coverings (when religious, medical and cultural needs, do not cover the face or cause shadows). Do not wear earrings, necklaces and other accessories. Hair should not cover eyebrows, eyes and ears.

衣着：最好穿单色有领衣服，尽量避免复杂图案、花纹，建议着正装，带领带袖。禁止穿吊带、无袖、低胸衫、奇装异服。因图像采集背景是蓝色，禁止穿蓝色、黄色、绿色、紫色衣服。

Clothing: It is best to wear monochrome collar clothes, try to avoid complex patterns and stripes. Formal wear, lead with sleeves. Suspenders, sleeveless, low-cut shirts and outlandish clothing are prohibited. As the background of image collection is blue, blue, yellow, green and purple clothes are prohibited.

发型：发型整齐，露出眉毛耳朵，不得有碎发，不得扎高丸子头。

Haircut: Hair neat, eyebrows and ears exposed, no broken hair, no high bun head.

化妆：可化淡妆，不宜浓妆。

Makeup: Can wear light makeup, not heavy makeup.
