College of International Exchange (CIE) has long established collaborative relationships with many universities from the United States, Germany, Russia, South Korea, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Mongolia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Vietnam. International exchange and cooperation programs such as “2+2” Undergraduate Joint Education, Mobility Study, Short-term Chinese Language Training or Teaching Practice and Internship have well developed with University of Vermont, Ansbach University of Applied Sciences, Kuzbass State Technical University, Perm National  Research Polytechnic University, Chonnam National University, Pyeongtaek National University, State Polytechnic of Malang, State Electronic Polytechnic of Surabaya, State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya, University of Moratuwa, Mongolian University of Science and Technology, University of East Sarajevo, Thai Nguyen University of Technology, etc.
