Retake Exam Notice

   Details regarding the application of retake exams
are as follows:

1. Participants： Students of Mechatronics, Telecom, and Chemical 2015-2018（English taught programs & Chinese taught programs）;Students of Chinese taught programs 2015-2018.

2. Applied exams are only limited to courses offered in the 1^st semester of 2018-2019 academic year. (practice/intern
not included, therefore, no make-up exams shall be arranged for experiments, internships, course designs,etc. All such applications in the Teaching Management System are deemed invalid.) Applied exams should be courses that were taken first time in the last semester. Students who applied for exam postponement also need to retake the exam. Students who have failed retake courses, absence fromexams, or cheating of any form in previous exams are not eligible for retake exams, but can retake the course according to relevant policies.
3.Thereis no need to register online for the retake exam of common required courses,which shall be arranged by the academic affairs office. Students can log inthe educational administration system after Feb.26 to check about the
arrangement of the exam. The makeup exam of common required courses will be
held in the first and second weeks (Feb.27-March.8). Please pay close attention
to it in your educational administration system.

Themakeup exam of major courses shall be arranged by the academy to which thestudents belong, and is usually arranged after the fourth week(March .25).
