Our international students achieved outstanding results in the 2025 Qingdao Cross-Border E-Commerce Innovation and Entrepreneurship Vocational Skills Competition (6th).
The 2025 Qingdao Cross-Border E-Commerce Innovation and Entrepreneurship Vocational Skills Competition (6th) concluded successfully on September 19th at the Qingdao International Convention and Exhibition Center (Hongdao). The competition was jointly organized by the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the Qingdao Federation of Trade Unions, the Qingdao Municipal Education Bureau, and the Qingdao Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, among others. TheCollegeof International Exchange sent many teams to participate. After intense competition in the preliminary rounds, ranking rounds, and finals, our teams won one first prize and two third prizes. Additionally, Yu Yingyuan, a teacher from the College of International Exchange, was awarded the title of Outstanding Instructor.
The international track of this competition attracted outstanding teams from several universities across the city to compete. The ASIAAFRO team (Captain: M FAREL ASHROFIE, Member: BENYAHYA KAWTAR) demonstrated excellent cross-cultural communication skills and practical cross-border e-commerce abilities, winning the first prize. The KICIK KOCAK team (Captain: BRITNEY KIMBERLY, Members: JOSHUA ARISDI SANJAYA, ALFIAN LUTHFI MUBAROK) and the LIMITLESS team (Captain: TAHERI FARAMARZ) also performed excellently and won the third prize.
This participation not only showcased our international students’enthusiasm for embracing the cross-border e-commerce trend but also vividly reflects our college’s exploration of cultivating composite international talents. The college will continue to deepen the integration of industry and education, assisting international students in becoming bridges connecting China and the world on the stage of the digital economy.
