From August 18 to 24, 12 students from Liverpool Middle School in Nepal, headed by Principal Sudan Dotel, participated in the Chinese language and culture program at Shandong University of Science and Technology.

During this week, students not only tried to learn Chinese, but also experienced the cultural activities such as paper cutting, tea art performance, tea tasting, making dumpling and so on, which really interested the students a lot. In addition, the students visited Tangdao Bay Garden, Golden Beach, May Fourth Square, Olympic Sailing Center. The scenery was so magnificent and beautiful that they lingered back and forth. All the students have expressed that they learn a lot about Chinese and culture from this trip and they will study hard, hoping to be admitted to Shandong University of Science and Technology after graduation.
